Kristin is a founder and President of a global digital asset trading platform, CrossTower. CrossTower connects buyers and sellers of digital assets. It provides margin, lending, interest rate and structured products to qualified investors.
Over the course of her career, Kristin has built financial entities, such as private investment funds, and financial products, such as bespoke structured products. She has been active in the rule making process in Washington DC related to financial regulation. She is an expert in analyzing the rapidly evolving regulatory landscape related to digital assets. She frequently lectures at universities, trade organizations and other forums and writes articles on a variety of trading, financial and regulatory topics. She is an advocate for, investor in, and mentor to entrepreneurs.
Kristin also co-founded in 2018 the Digital Asset Regulatory Legal Alliance (DARLA), which is comprised of approximately 90 companies in the digital asset industry. DARLA’s mission is to provide a forum to discuss domestic and global policy, rules and regulations regarding digital assets. In addition, she is founder and former CEO of Women in Derivatives (WIND), established in 2006 with over 8,000 senior female executives in finance which is global non-profit, whose mission is to develop women leaders.
