Jason Civalleri is an attorney on the frontlines of keeping the crypto heads out of jail until they can really start the revolution. He has deep knowledge and experience at the intersection of the blockchain and legal worlds, having counseled clients on securities, commodities, banking regulation, MSB/MTL, transactional, intellectual property, and general corporate matters as they relate to crypto. He practices at Horizons Law, a boutique crypto-focused firm boasting some of the highest-profile exchanges, base protocols, interoperability, and DeFi projects as clients. He is experienced with both the technical and legal ramifications of DEXs, DAOs, NFTs, and many other functions the technology provides.
Jason also serves as the Chief Compliance Officer for MyCrypto and as Adjunct Law Professor of Data Privacy, Cybersecurity, and online casino sign up bonus at the Franklin Pierce School of Law, University of New Hampshire. He is designated CIPP-US and CIPM by the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
