Chen Arad is the Chief Operating Officer of Solidus Labs, provider of crypto-native market surveillance and compliance software. Solidus Labs helps crypto firms and financial institutions globally prevent market manipulation, apply for licensing and become compliant when trading digital assets. The company also works with regulators to monitor for cross-venue risks and address market integrity concerns.

As Co-founder and COO, Arad leads Solidus’ market engagement and communications strategy, working closely with the firm’s regulatory and strategic partners to proactively promote market integrity standards in the digital asset industry. This includes Solidus Labs’ role as Founding Advisory Council Member of Global Digital Finance and Market Integrity Chair and the Solidus-initiated  and Forum.

Formerly, Arad was a journalist covering U.S. politics, culture and finance for various publications, and a Media and Politics Lecturer at Brandeis University.
